LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Leadership is not something that comes naturally to everyone.  Often, we promote the best technical person into a leadership role but they are simply not equipped to take on the leadership task.  Being a supervisor or a manager is more than just being a subject matter expert.  Leaders take on responsibility for their people and their performance and it is a fine balancing act.  We have 8 modules that can either be trained as stand-alone content or combined based on the organisation’s identified needs.  These modules are:
