ARBITRATION

Arbitration is defined as ‘the process by which the parties to a dispute submit their differences to the judgment of an impartial person or group appointed by mutual consent.’

In South African most labour disputes are settled through arbitration either by the CCMA or a Bargaining Council.  We can either do private arbitrations to ensure disputes are settled speedily or assist with the preparation for arbitrations either at CCMA or Bargaining Council.
